As part of ongoing operations activities to provide a stable and secure platform, Aerialink performs regularly scheduled standard maintenance on our network during the following predetermined maintenance windows.

Standard Daily Maintenance

10pm-1am Central Time

No downtime expected for Gateway; some potential downtime for Portal services.

Platform Gateway (GTWY)

  • Non-impact software updates
  • Minor server patches

Platform Portal (UMI)

  • All software updates
  • Minimal changes for new features

Standard Weekly Maintenance

Sundays, 10pm-1am Central Time

Up to thirty minutes of downtime possible on Gateway; some potential downtime for Portal services.

Platform Gateway (GTWY)

  • Minor platform software updates
  • Minor server patches

    Platform Portal (UMI)

  • All software updates
  • Minimal changes for new features

Special Maintenance

Any maintenance activities which are either time-sensitive or critical will be scheduled as-needed. A special announcement regarding details and downtime will be provided to all effected Aerialink customers.
